You may have noticed that wherever a CV is requested – almost always – a cover letter is required.
Cover letter is a short presentation of the applicant’s personality and skills. Its structure and content varies from country to country, sector to sector and employer to employer. It is a document whose aim is to ‘convince’ the recipient of the applicant’s suitability for a particular position, whether in the professional, academic or any other field.
The writing, structure and content of a cover letter is for many a demanding process, especially when it is intended for work, study etc. in another country.
We undertake not only the writing of personalized and targeted cover letters in four languages (Greek, German, English, Romanian) but also inform you by providing you with advice and solving all your questions.
If you do not have a cover letter of any kind and you need one, we can write it for you! More specifically, we undertake the creation of a personalized and customized cover letter, which will meet your personal needs and reflect your character and skills. We can undertake writing in four languages: Greek, English, German, and Romanian.
How does it work?
Practically this will be achieved in three steps:
1) Session/Coaching:
The first step is to make an appointment with us, so that you can communicate to us your needs and plans. Why do you need a cover letter? In which language? For which country/job market? Where would you like to work/study? What have you done so far? What are your hobbies? We inform you about the job market, requirements, studies, prospects and answer any questions you may have about it, while informing you about the next steps.
2) What You should do:
The second step requires you to fill in a questionnaire with the basic personal information that should be included in the cover letter (Name, contact details, etc.).
What We should do:
After we have received all the necessary information about you at our online meeting, we begin writing your cover letter.
3) Receipt of my cover letter
When your cover letter is ready, we will contact you to arrange a final online meeting. At this final meeting you will have the opportunity to view your Cover Letter via share-screen, review it and ask any questions you may have. Finally, once the agreed amount has been paid, we will send you the cover letter in PDF and Docs (Word) format so that you have the option of editing text in the future!
Choosing this service means that you already have a cover letter, but it needs either updating (e.g. style, adding additional information), reformatting (e.g. rewriting for a specific application), or translation into another language (English, German, Greek). We undertake the transformation of your cover letter to meet your personal requirements and needs, while reflecting your character and skills.
Practically this will be achieved in three steps:
1) Session/Coaching:
The first step is to make an appointment with us, so that you can communicate to us your needs and your plans. For what reason do you need a Cover Letter? In which language? For which country/job market? Where would you like to work/study? What have you done so far? What are your hobbies? We inform you about the job market, requirements, studies, prospects and answer any questions you may have about it, while informing you about the next steps.
2) What You should do:
The second step requires you to fill in a questionnaire with the basic personal information that should be included in the new Cover Letter (e.g. if you need a Cover Letter in German you should fill in your details in Latin characters). If all the necessary information is present in your old Cover Letter, you do not need to fill in the questionnaire. Also, if you wish to include additional information in the new Cover Letter (e.g. an additional degree, master’s degree, seminar, etc.) you should send us the relevant documents by email so that the titles and dates can be correctly attributed.
What We should do:
Once we have received all the necessary documents and the completed questionnaire – if necessary – we will start to reform your Cover Letter.
3) Receipt of my Cover Letter:
When your Cover Letter is ready, we will contact you to arrange a final online meeting. At this final meeting you will have the opportunity to view your Cover Letter via share-screen, review it and ask any questions you may have. Finally, once the agreed amount has been paid, we will send you the Cover Letter in PDF and Docs (Word) format so that you have the possibility in the future to do text editing!
This option means that you do not have a Cover letter and you need one in a foreign language, which will not only meet your personal needs but also the future job market, university, country, etc. Having knowledge of the different requirements and expectations of the European labor market in general and the German labor market, we can provide you with a structured cover letter based on specific job and/or university requirements. Furthermore, we can undertake the writing of a foreign language cover letter for any other use (study recognition, application for training, etc.).
